WATER USER’S AGREEMENT
All users of the Jackson County Water Utility must become members. The Water User’s Agreement may be downloaded, launched with Adobe Acrobat or similar reader, filled out and sent from the comfort of your home. Upon successful submission, you will need to forward to Jackson County Water Utility any fee that is required to become a member in good standing.
TARIFF RULES AND REGULATIONS
All users of the Jackson County Water Utility are entitled to a copy of the current “Tariff Rules and Regulations” disclosure.
